Some of the problems faced by partner groups to increase the productivity of their businesses.  Most group members are still face limitations in access to capital which causes their weak ability to increase aquaculture production, which in turn reduces efforts to increase production. On the other hand, there is a credit policy or revolving fund to strengthen the business of micro and small scale fishermen / cultivator groups that are quite widely available. The objectives of PKM activities are: 1) Providing information on alternative efforts to strengthen business capital, 2) Providing information on credit facilities for capital goods, 3) Conducting training and guidance on group business development. PKM activity methods: (1) Counseling and Discussion, (2) Demonstration and Redemonstruation, (3) Training and Assistance, (4) Evaluation of activities. From the results of the implementation of the activity, it shows that knowledge and ability in accessing capital shows an increase after executing the activity, but in the administrative field there are still some capital proposals that have not shown an increase in ability due to limitations in participating in mentoring activities.
