INTRODUKSI “SEBLAK” INSTAN UNTUK DASA WISMA 10 BERLINA JAYA 3 LANDASAN ULIN, BANJARBARU

Abstract

Dasa Wisma 10 Berlina Jaya Group has a business processing meatballs and eel fish sausages as a result of the Community Service (PKM) ULM. The processing business activities in the first 2 months of the production and sales process are still running smoothly. When entering the third month, production activities have a problem that is a decrease in sales results because meatballs and sausages are very dependent on frozen storage. Most stalls and meatball and sausage shops do not have a fridge / freezer. To overcome these problems, an instant "seblak" processing is carried out containing side dishes from meatballs and fried sausages. So that it takes the introduction of instant seblak processing activities that are packaged in paper cups to become fast food. The composition of instant seblak consists of prawn crackers, instant noodles, fried eel meatballs and sausages, and instant seasonings. The impact of the activity affects the increase in group knowledge and ways of processing instant seblak, because most group members do not yet know seblak processing technology and have never consumed it.
