Kesiapan diri calon guru dalam menghadapi praktik pengalaman lapangan (Studi pada mahasiswa Program Studi Bahasa Indonesia STKIP PGRI Banjarmasin)
Abstract
Preparedness is very important for a prospective teacher, it is necessary for the teaching process to run properly. This study aims to describe the readiness of students who will become prospective teachers in the face of field experience practice. The research method used interview and observation technique. Research subject amounted to 1 person students of Indonesian Language Studies Program STKIP PGRI Banjarmasin. Based on the results of the subject is known to have a quiet personality and difficult to interact with others, he felt to have problems when faced the practice of field experience, because it is required to be able to teach students directly. From the aspect of self readiness show that the readiness of the subjects in the face of field experience practice is quite ready because the subject fill up pedagogic competence, professional competence and social competence. But it's just tend to have problems with health, mental and emotional readiness.
