PERENCANAAN KOMUNIKASI DALAM PENCEGAHAN, PEMBERANTASAN, PENYALAHGUNAAAN DAN PEREDARAN GELAP NARKOBA (P4GN) DI MASYARAKAT LINGKUNGAN LAHAN BASAH (STUDI PADA BADAN NARKOTIKA NASIONAL PROVINISI KALIMANTAN SELATAN)

Abstract

South Kalimantan BNN data recorded 55,598 people, or on the order of 17 of 33 Provinces in Indonesia, and the majority of drug users are among young people. (Banjarmasin Post, 2018), in this case the National Narcotics Agency of South Kalimantan Province strives to carry out various activities using appropriate communication strategies and planning in an effort to prevent people from using drugs in South Kalimantan Province through the Prevention, Eradication, Abuse and Narcotics Narcotics program ( P4GN) in order to achieve the objectives of the communication carried out. This study aims to find out how the communication planning, obstacles and solutions of the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) in preventing people from using drugs in South Kalimantan Province. This study uses a qualitative approach using descriptive methods, data collection techniques used are free interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The results of this research are the determination of the average communicator s1, setting targets and analyzing the needs of the audience, namely various groups, compiling messages in the prevention, eradication, abuse and illicit trafficking of drugs, choosing media and communication channels. The inhibiting factor is the lack of awareness and awareness of the community towards drug abuse.
