PENAMBAHAN EKSTRAK KIAMBANG (Salvinia molesta D.S. Mitchell) PADA PELLET INDUSTRI DENGAN PERSENTASE YANG BERBEDA TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN IKAN BETOK (Anabas testudineus Blocks)
Abstract
Climmbing Perch which is cultivated intensively has not been done much, mostly accidentally, which means only raising fish caught in the pond. In fish farming business activities, usually the highest costs incurred for the procurement of feed reaches 35-60% of the total production cost. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of adding kiambang extract in commercial feed on different types of fish. The results showed the highest relative weight growth rate was in treatment D (41.11%), followed by treatment A (30.99%), treatment B (14.17%) and lowest in treatment C (10.60%). The highest relative length growth rate in treatment D (14.71%) was followed by treatment A (13.48%), treatment C (7.00%) and lowest treatment B (5.75%). The highest survival rate for treatments A and C (93.3%), followed by treatments D (90%) and B (86.6%). The highest feed conversion value in treatment D (3.86) followed by treatment A (5,035), treatment B (6.24) and treatment C (10.12). The results of the analysis of water quality parameters are generally in the range that can be tolerated by the test fish temperature of 25.80 C-280 C, DO 1.14-2.78 mg / l, pH 5.34-7.39 and NH3 ˂ 0, 01-0.50 mg / l. Based on relative growth and feed conversion data, treatment A was declared better than treatment B and C although the value did not exceed treatment D as a control.
