KEANEKARAGAMAN GASTROPODA PADA HUTAN MANGROVE DI DESA MUARA PAGATAN KALIMANTAN SELATAN

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the structure of the gastropod community in the mangrove ecosystem of Muara Pagatan Village. The research is carried out starting from March 2019 to October 2019. Sampling of gastropods was carried out in a transect observing mangrove vegetation 10 m × 10 m. The results showed that Gastropods were found to consist of 8 types i.e. Nerita lineata, Cassidula aurisfelis, Telescopium telescopium, Cerithidea quoyii, Ellobium aurisjudae, Littroraria scabra, Chicoreus capucinus, and Calliostoma zizyphinum. Diversity (H ') of gastropods at Station 1 is classified as medium criteria, i.e. 1.03, uniformity index (E) is 0.5 (moderate criteria), and dominance index is 1.659 (criterion D> 0.5). Diversity (H ') of gastropods at Station 1 is classified as medium criteria which is 1.03, uniformity index (E) is 0.5 (moderate uniformity), and dominance index is 1.659 (criterion D> 0.5). The diversity index (H ') of gastropods at Station 2 is classified as medium criteria, i.e. 1.34, uniformity index (E) is 0.71 (high uniformity), and dominance index is 1.2923 (criterion D> 0.5). The diversity index (H ') of gastropods at Station 3 is classified as moderate criteria which is 1.73, uniformity index (E) is 0.65 (high uniformity), and dominance index is 1.006 (criterion D> 0.5).
