Abstract
Oranje Nassau, the oldest coal mining in Indonesia in Pengaron was established in 1849, consist of: fortress, mining coal centre, pier, and some of underground mining tunnels. The last standing building is Guilbal Fan (Sumur Putaran) (which is the main building in mining coal centre) that physical condition is not more than 50%. Because of historical and cultural value, the building is determined to be research object. As the heritage building, physical reconstruction should be done, that usually is preceded by visual reconstruction using 3 dimension graphycal programme. The main objectives of the research are: to obtain the original shape of research object, and to enrich formulation of typhology and morphology of Dutch Architecture in South Kalimantan. The research method is based on 4 sources, i.e: the arrangement of shape pattern and construction pattern; pictures, sketchs, blueprint, and the previous research; interview; and pattern and detailed shape of colonial building, especially the similar one. Based on the analysis of combination sources, visual reconstruction has obtained the original shape of research object which is drawn in 3 dimension graphycal programme with accuracy measured. Unless the roof, all part of the building was built by formation of bricks without reinforcement bars. There are the complete application of bricks arrangement theory, from English and Flemish Bond to the true arch.
