Introduksi olahan makanan berbasis ikan belut untuk Dasa Wisma 10 Berlina Jaya 3 Landasan Ulin, Banjarbaru

Abstract

The purpose of this activity was to transfer science and technology of fish meatballs processing to members of Dasa Wisma 10 Berlina Jaya 3 in the Guntung Manggis Village, Landasan Ulin, Banjarbaru, in order to increase the quality and quantity of fish products, so they can  be obtained higher profits. The target of this activity was to improve the quality of fish meatballs and to introduced fish nuget and sausages processing. The impact of activities affects knowledge and methods of fish processing into various eel-based products, but in the technology transfer process must always be accompanied and there are improvements to the spices to match the tastes of consumers. The mambers of groups was very slow respone to used vacuum system packaging because they have never done it before. Factors supporting of the activities of PKM, that has processed the meatballs and the source of eel fish are easily to found. The inhibiting factor is that the group does not yet know the technology of processing nugets and sausages and how to packing a product with vacuum systems.
