Faktor penentu dalam peningkatan kinerja “sistem resi gudang” di Kabupaten Barito Kuala

Abstract

The general problem of agribusiness in Indonesia, especially small farmers is the fall of price during harvest season. This incident occurred especially in rice farmers, because it tends to have a uniform cropping schedule so that the harvest was simultaneously. The consequence is that rice farmers can not keep harvests longer because they are running out of cost and do not have adequate storage. One alternative to overcome this is with the system sell delay known as "Warehouse Receipt System". In general, this study aims to identify the determinants in improving the performance of the warehouse receipt system program in Barito Kuala District. in order to increase the income of farmers through efforts to increase the price of grain through grain storage system. Based on the level of importance performed by AHP analysis it can be seen that the priority in providing service to the user of the "warehouse receipt" system is the "tangiable" dimension of physical facilities, equipment, personnel and means of communication, while the second hierarchy in tangiable dimension can be explained the physical facilities and equipment which are the decisive factor in the improvement of warehouse receipt system performance in Barito Kuala District.
