Analisis risiko produksi pada usahatani jamur di Kabupaten Tanah Laut

Abstract

In the management of mushroom farms, mushroom farmers' households face the risks of production and product price risk. With the existence of production risks cause the productivity of fungi produced can decrease. In general, this study aims to see the risk of production in mushroom business activities in Tanah Laut District. The results showed that the risk of mushroom production was due to production risk in the previous season and the use of input. sawdust and lime are factors that pose production risks whereas seeds, bran and labor are factors that reduce production risks. product risk can be reduced by developing a contract farming system between mushroom farmer households with processing industries, distributors and traders in accordance with the agreement. Government intervention is needed in creating employment opportunities in non-farm activities such as developing and developing a mushroom processing industry.
