Abstract

This study aims to identify the characteristics of fish farming in the lake swamp area of danau panggang hulu sungai utara, analyze the internal environmental conditions, external fish farming and development strategies. Based on the results of the study, the characteristics of fish farming in the baked lake swamp area are that business management is still traditional, administrative systems with simple records, technology and simple equipment. Based on external internal analysis, the business position in the Minapolitan area related to the development strategy lies in the indication of business development to improve the management of business management.
