Pengembangan teknologi dan material awal nitroselulosa sebagai isian propelan berbasis limbah kelapa sawit

Abstract

Development of national defense industry in Indonesia is very important to supply the requirements of the means of defense and the independence of country in the field of defense. One indicator of self-reliance in defense technology is the procurement of propellant. Nitrocellulose is one of the main component for propellant production. Synthesis nitrocellulose from cellulose which can be found in pants are environmently friendly. The general aim of this article is to review about development of nitrocellulose, includes materials, methods, and advantages, mainly to support self defense industry and to achieve synthesis polymer as renewable energy from natural resources in South Kalimantan which is palm oil fronds.
